For over 16 years, Stephanie has worked within various facets of the real estate business.  After attending the University of Kansas she found herself working for a national mortgage lender, and has not looked back.  Her journey has taken her from mortgage and title services to now doing what she loves most: selling real estate!  From the first time home buyer to the luxury listing, her objective is to guide her clients through every step of the home selling/buying process smoothly and with a passion for what she does.


Stephanie’s clients quickly learn that their interest is #1. Guided by personal ethics and standards to provide her clients with the highest degree of trust, honesty, and expert advice, she is motivated by her clients’ happiness and can be trusted to go above and beyond in all aspects, guaranteeing to exceed the client’s expectations.


For sellers, this means using her talents and experience to market and list the property in order to sell the house in an optimal time frame for a maximum profit. This includes assisting with strategic pricing of the home, advertising and marketing, de-clutter/staging, showings, open houses, contract negotiations, the closing transaction and move-out.


Stephanie is experienced with various types of home buying transactions, including first time home buyers, cash purchase, Conventional, FHA, and VA.  As a home buyer, she will  guide you through the home buying process from obtaining financing, the home search, contract negotiations, inspections, and closing proceedings.


On a personal note, after relocating back to Tampa from Texas, she spends much of her time enjoying the gorgeous Tampa weather!  In her free time, she can be found taking her bulldog for walks on the bayside or spending time at the beach with family.  A lover of all animals, don’t be surprised to find her searching for a forever home for her latest rescue foster dog!
